Name, email address, company name, and role (when you fill in the booking quiz or lead forms)
Monthly ad spend range (from the qualifying quiz)
Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, general location)
Ad interaction data via Meta Pixel (if you arrived from a Meta ad)

3. How we use your data

To respond to your booking request and schedule strategy calls
To send email resources you opted in to receive (via Beehiiv)
To improve our website and understand how visitors use it
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

4. How we store your data

Lead information from the booking quiz is stored in Notion (a third-party database). Email subscribers are managed through Beehiiv. Both services are GDPR-compliant.

5. Email communications

If you subscribed to our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We use Beehiiv to manage our email list.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (both loaded via Google Tag Manager) for basic analytics. These services may use cookies. You can opt out of GA4 tracking using browser extensions like “Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on”.
